These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wander Crest Travel and Tourism website and your booking of any travel, transfer, tour, visa or related service arranged by Wander Crest Travel and Tourism Co. L.L.C S.O.C ("Wander Crest", "we", "us"). By enquiring, booking or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Wander Crest is a destination management company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, arranging inbound and outbound travel, hotel reservations, airport transfers, tours and excursions, MICE and corporate travel, visa assistance, and related services for direct clients and trade partners (tour operators, travel agencies and event management companies).
Prices and itineraries shared in an enquiry response or quotation are indicative and subject to availability until confirmed in writing and, where applicable, secured by payment. A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation and tell us promptly of any error in names, dates or services.
Prices are quoted in the currency stated at the time of quotation and may be subject to change before a booking is confirmed, including due to third-party rate changes, currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges or government levies. Payment terms (deposit, balance due date, accepted methods) are set out in your booking confirmation.
Amendment and cancellation terms depend on the underlying hotel, airline, transport or activity supplier's own policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking where possible. Many net-rate and promotional fares are non-refundable or carry cancellation fees. Refunds, where due, are processed once received back from the relevant supplier.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa, and for meeting the health, customs and entry requirements of every destination and transit point on your itinerary. Wander Crest can assist with visa applications as a service, but does not guarantee approval, as decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Hotels, airlines, transport operators, tour and activity providers, and other third parties that fulfil part of your itinerary act under their own terms and conditions and are responsible for the service they provide. Wander Crest arranges these services as an intermediary and is not liable for a supplier's acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or service failures beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to provide accurate information for bookings, to behave lawfully and respectfully during any arranged activity or transfer, and to comply with the reasonable instructions of suppliers (hotels, drivers, guides, airlines). We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service where conduct puts safety, property or other guests at risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Wander Crest's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the value of the service directly provided by us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure below).
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, or public health emergencies.
The content, layout, branding and imagery on this website belong to Wander Crest or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference in planning a booking with us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation applies to that booking.
